Week 1 - Pie Lab

My general idea about this new module is that we will talk about cultural and artistic movements. We'll also talk about events that have happened over the centuries and their repercussions continue today.
Secondly they informed us about “PIE LAB” Pie Lab is a local non-profits. It could have been a coffee shop like any other, but they combined the design "pop-up" and is targeted for customers to eat cake and talk.

Pie Lab, is also engaged in teaching for young people. DEVELOP teaching for small businesses and also teach the culinary arts while enjoying the events they organize.

My general opinion is that it is an innovative idea. I think people are tired of always going to the same premises. Always organize lectures boring sites. That does not even give you nuts for snacks. In addition, the local also offers guided tutorials to learn how to run your own business in the future. What more could you want?

In my country, Spain, this type of premises do not exist, would be a good idea to invest to create something similar in Spain. 
Obviously we could add the menu serrano ham and potato omelette. But would target more on the local Spanish culture (which is very different from English but may be more similar to the United States) would open up later, would make night hours, for employees who like to snack more – dinner.
